Opportunity for “SQL Server DBA” at St. Louis, MO.

Position: SQL Server DBA

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 12 months Contract

Interview Mode: In-Person Interview (Mandatory)

Required skills:

•Possess at least five years of work experience in database administration and database systems development

•Experience with all major versions of MS SQL Server from 2000 through 2014

•Possess advanced knowledge of database query languages

•Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and manage activities

•Strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities

•Possess good communication skills, both oral and written

•Possess ability to work with, and through, others to achieve desired results

Desired skills:

•Possess a strong background in Systems Development as well as thorough understanding of operating system and computer hardware

•Windows, UNIX or Linux system administration experience

•Familiarity with Unix or Linux shell scripting
