Position: Agile Coach

Location: Lansing, MI

Duration: 11 months contract

 

Job Description:

 

Required Skills :

1. Agile Coaching experience

2. Mentoring of teams

 

Analyzing, Designing, developing, testing new/changes to a waterfall SDLC processes and deliverables to better align it with Agile Scrum

Act as a SME to assist in training on various topics like structured walkthroughs, tailoring, security for both waterfall and agile development methodologies etc. basically any topic around all aspects (except actual coding) software development including build automation, build metrics, automating deployment

Working with other, such as Cyber Security to incorporate their processes into the SDLC process

Analyze proposed policy, procedures, standard changes to assess the impact on the organization and SDLC process. Then make recommendation to approve, approve with changes, reject the proposals

Make recommendation to IT Strategy board on areas where they need to guide the organization with regards to Agile/Waterfall

Create/edit training material

Release manager for all Agile SDLC process releases

Open minded, willing to listen and make suggestions when key organization leadership
