Advanced training event Sunday, June 12

Greetings to advanced students of ABI - Bastrop Karate, 

This summer advanced students will begin to intensify their training regiment.  

This Sunday, June 12th, is the first of several events which we will be scheduling over the summer to be held outside of class time, most of which will be on Sunday mornings. 

All advanced students, those in our pre candidate class which meets on Tuesdays, are asked to participate.  

This Sunday, our blackbelts will meet advanced students at Bastrop State Park for a trail run and swim.  All students are asked to meet in the parking lot outside the pool area at 7:00 AM.  Please be sure to wear running shoes and dress appropriately.  Bring a water bottle and sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, and a snack for after the workout. Each student is responsible for park entrance and swimming fees, as needed.  Event should easily conclude before lunchtime.
