I am doing my Eagle service project out at Cedar Creek Park on Saturday, November 14. I will be restoring an overgrown volley ball court so that it will once again be usable as a means to bring the community together. If you’re interested in helping me with my Eagle project, be sure to bring some warm clothes, the temperature has a high of 60. Although there is a chance of rain, I will be working rain or shine! People should arrive no earlier than 9 a.m., but we will continue to work into the afternoon. If you plan to work through lunch time, then pack a snack. Everyone should bring a refillable water bottle. We will have some gloves available for those who need them, but I recommend bringing your own. I will very much appreciate any support that you can provide. Please R.S.V.P so I will know to notify you of any changes in plan. Directions to the park and contact information is below. This is a great opportunity to offer community service in the wake of the recent flooding. Hope to see you there!
