Hi All,

Elite Abhyudaya 2 association meeting was held on 29, Jan 2017 at flat premises with available owners to discuss

about issues and welfare developments. Find the minutes below as discussed,

1.        The footwears are not placed in organized way and scattered.

Action: Individuals are suggested to have shoe rack to place footwears, if not keep them inside the home.

 

2.        The DTH and internet wires are hanging which looks awkward.

Action: The association is asked for quotation from multiple vendors to channelize the wires.

 

3.        Drying of clothes in the corridor is strictly prohibited.

Action: Dedicated zone is identified in the terrace and quotation asked from vendors to install strings ASAP.

 

4.        20 chairs are planned to buy for multi-purpose usages like meeting, function, etc.

Action: Shreejesh, Vinay singh.

 

5.        Association registration.

Action: Shreejesh will come back with quotation in next month.

 

6.        Water leakage in the common area (Association fund) and individual house (Owner will pay).

Action: Plumber will be called one or two days for rectification.

 

7.        Uniform for security Rajendar.

 

8.        Entire building may need to migrate for Airtel broad band for internet and intercom facility.

We all may receive more benefits than other service providers.

Communication on this will be updated.

 

9.        As per the meeting conducted in the month of August 2016 decided to collect Rs 2500/- from

each owner ( to buy chairs (Point 4) and other needs). The amount for 17 houses are already paid,

others pay ASAP.The due date was Dec 2016, extended due date Mar 2017.

 

10.     Maintenance cost is increased from Rs 1000 to 1200/month, effect from Feb 2017.

Who are already paid 1000 for Feb 2017 maintenance, kindly pay the balance Rs 200 immediately.
