Before sharing and discussing the other information regarding Abhyudaya II, would like to start with the great achievement which we got together since last few months. Water issue was one of the biggest problem of Abhyudaya II where we were spending huge amount of money just for the water tanker. After implementation of new bore, water tanker has vanished from our building since starting of Oct 2015 till date and we strongly believe that going ahead also we should not be facing water issue. Thanks to all for cooperation and understanding the requirement and acting accordingly!
Few weeks ago, Abhyudaya II committee has organized a meeting with Land owner Mr. Reddy and discussed on points which are always in favor of all Family / Bachelor staying in Abhyudaya II.
Points Discussed are as below:
Tasks Completed:
1. 1. Hope everyone, aware that there are few instances in past where theft has happened recently in Abhyudaya II Building. So, considering the safety of each and every members in Abhyudaya II, we decided to go ahead with CCTV implementation in our building. Finally around 2 weeks back CCTV camera has been implemented in our building and now our building basement is under surveillance of CCTV. Thanks to all who has supported and those who were front ending the implementation of CCTV camera.
2. 2. Few days back, there was an issue with water level controller for new sump and the current status is it has been fixed and working now.
3. Halogen light has been fixed on the last post in the same road and connected to Panchayat Line.
Task Decided:
1. After closely monitoring the water usage and expenses reduced for water tanker, Abhyudaya II committee has decided to reduce the maintenance. Effective from 1st Jan 2016, the maintenance will be only Rs 1000/-. This is something a result of smart step which we all took together towards the new bore.
Note: We will continue Rs 1000/- from next month as a maintenance amount but the strategy / rule would be if in worst case there are some exceptional expenses, then that extra amount will be divide among 40 Flats and we need to contribute the extra amount if any. Let’s hope for the best always…..
2. This is to inform all that in Abhyudaya II fund, we have balance around 75K to 80K which is kept safe to utilize the same in only specific expenses (example – Painting of building, AMC for Lift, AMC for Power Back Machine etc…). In order to have some more fund, Abhyudaya II committee members has decided to collect Rs 2500/- from each flat on or before 31st Jan 2015. We would request all to handover Rs 2500/- to Jagan/Akhilesh/Deepu only.
3. At the main entrance @ basement where stair starts, Abhyudaya II committee has decided to put a Grill (GATE) for safety concerns.
4. Decided to buy 20 plastic chairs for the association / other common purposes.
5. Decided to buy basic tools and tool box which will be utilized in Abhyudaya II building whenever needed.
