My suggestions regarding the cables laying here & there.
It’s almost a year we want and agreed that it should be in proper way, but due to every-one’s busy schedule, it could not happen.
Challenges:
Since last few days I was thinking but could get courage to explain as I see below challenges.
1- Right now there are 31 dish, remaining 09 will be soon. (looks like some 09 people are not using J )
2- These are from 06 vendors.
3- To shift one dish and it’s cables, routing the cables, it will be min 2-3 hours (if owners is available).
4- If any flat is locked, again it will be problem.
5- We need to call technician from all dish providers (as house Joy guys can install but could not align). à I’m looking one such guy who can align all dish.
6- Again if any one shift the flat, he will remove/install, and this will lead to same situation over the time.
7- xyz…..
Solution:
Put 1-1 dish from all six vendor at fix area, may be side wall of Jim-Room. Then use a splitter to all of them. Like how you can use two or three set-top-box for different room from one dish.
Benefit using this method:
1- Less space occupied (we need to install only 06 dishes)
2- Because it will be only 06, we can choose any secured space.
3- Less maintenance.
Finance:
1- People has to pay 500/- per flat.
2- As we need extra crimping, extra length cables, connectors etc. this to be borne by flat-owners (inclusive in above).
3- Splitter borne by Society.
