Hello Ali,

Thanks for the update.

I believe every flat pays the same maintenance cost. Then why is the amount received varying for every month? 

A suggestion is to have another row in your spreadsheet which shows the expected inflow of maintenance charges. eg. Rs. 1500 x 40 = Rs. 60000

The rest can remain the same.

By the way, I have transferred the maintenance balance to Deepak and he should hand it over to you shortly.
