Good Morning! Hope you are doing well.

My sincere apologies for the delay in responding to you.

Finally I have worked out a great program and I am very pleased to attach the program for May15.

Summary:-

Dates - 4May-15
Rate -  35 Passengers - $3,878 from IAD 

Hotel - 4 Star Accommodation 10 Nights 
Air - International Flights Included (Round Trip)

Meals - 10 Breakfast & 10 Dinners 

Fuel Surcharge - Included 

Free - I Preist & 1/2 off for 1 Assistant  ( Fuel Surcharge about $600 to be paid )

If the priest is traveling we can arrange for masses to be held on the tour.

Land Only Arrangement , excluding the air will be $ 2298

We can expect the rates to drop by about $500 if we opt for 3Star hotels

International Flights from IAD

10 nights hotel accommodation (4 Star)

Continental buffet breakfast daily; 10 dinners (wine included for the welcome dinner)

English speaking tour escort for the whole tour

English speaking guides: Lisbon; Fatima; Santiago de Compostela; Burgos; Lourdes; Zaragoza; Madrid

Entrance fees: Jeronimos Monastery in Lisbon; Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela; Cathedral in 

                           Burgos; Cathedral in Zaragoza; Prado Museums

Porterage at the hotel of one suitcase per person 

Deluxe fully equipped motor-coach as per program

Now we need to try and lock in the rates and block the group space. Flights will start closing out on large group space so I will need to give an indication to the inbound operator soon. I am negotiating to make this 2 free and we may have  a good chance they will agree.
