Good Morning!

Please see attached flyer, which includes  itinerary, inclusions & proposed cost.

Summary:-

Travel Period  - 4May-15May
Rate -  35 Passengers @ $3,443 per pax 

Hotel - 3 Star Accommodation 10 Nights on twin sharing basis.
Air - International Flights from IAD Included (Round Trip)

Meals - 10 Breakfast & 10 Dinners 

Fuel Surcharge - Included 

Free - One Priest ( Fuel Surcharge about $600 to be paid )

If the priest is traveling we can arrange for masses to be held on the tour.

I know you would like us to consider lowering the price & will do our best in offering the best possible rates once we start firming up the plan and have the group space confirmed with the airline on flights both in and out for proposed dates. As previously indicated Mid Apr onwards flights into Europe starts getting busy since tourist movement starts to pick up due better weather conditions plus Easter holidays etc  & typically airlines will offer lowest rates months ahead and then start bumping the rates up. 

Airline will max offer about  2 weeks of courtesy space hold without any payment,  at that stage we will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of about $150 per person to lock the rates. This is something we have to consider.

The alternate option is , we just do the land arrangement and everyone book flights separately on own.

I do not recommend this approach since, logistically very hard to manage transfers to hotels etc  on arrival & departure in Europe , due fact different flight options will be booked and lot of un certainty which will eventually increase the cost.
