Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and self-directed professional to design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications and database systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a proven ability to deliver reliable and scalable business solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, develop, code, and test software systems and applications, supporting both new product development and ongoing enhancements.
• Revise and refine existing systems to optimize performance, stability, and functionality.
• Contribute to project planning, timeline estimation, system flow design, and implementation documentation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive operational and system-level documentation.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide ongoing system support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.

 

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Application & System Administration:

• Hands-on experience with Softrax or similar subscription management systems.
• Execute application upgrades, enhancements, and system configuration/customization.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, responding to IT incidents and support requests.
• Develop and deploy SSIS packages and SQL interface scripts for system integrations.

 

Database & SQL Server Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server database administration, performance tuning, and security management.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views.
• Execute one-off and bulk database updates, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Schedule, monitor, and maintain SQL Jobs for automation and reporting tasks.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong command of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
• Proven track record in delivering robust, maintainable software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
