[IMP] National OPS

Dear Leaders,

Due to heavy load work and exams, we came out with an idea to bring OPS from MC side. Some EPs were matched allready, some stayed on AVI. So it's the best time to provide an fruitful OPS.

As we can see numbers, we are not capable to provide for all EPs in the same time. The idea is to provide OPS with same agenda twice. If we count soon realizations and need of 2 sessions, it means that we need to provide it next week.

Venue is allready booked, we have a date: 28.05, 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm, it's BBIC - conference room.

From LCs side we would like to ask just for contacting EPs.

Rule is: all matched EPs should be there plus each LC should invite 10 AVI EPs.

Right now we have in the system 22 MA plus 10 from each LC gives us 50 attendees. I created spreadsheet for us, it's called OPS 2013 Q2,  I invited our group and individually LCVPs OGX.

Please delegate to your members to contact them and then confirm please by putting name in the spreadsheet.

More details - soon.

Next OPS will be probably on 6.06.

Hey Guys,

Next OPS will be on 5.06 at 5.30 pm till 8.00 pm in BBIC in Conference room!

Please check spreadsheet to see who attended. Please inform EPs about next OPS. Make sure to encourage them to be on time and to inform them about directions. Unfortunately some of them couldn't find it and few appeared very late. After confirmation of attending please put their names into the spreadsheet.

Please make sure that they will ask for Conference Room at BBIC, nothing else.

Last time Hassan AlQassab and Hussain Shafei appeared to share their experience. They did really good job, because people were asking and listening. I will send them invitation for the next OPS. However would be good to have more people. Please ask your members who went on exchange if they could show up at BBIC at 6.30 for an hour and half to present their experience? Please let me know if someone confirm!
