im awayre that step 7, winn xx and scout are now all integrated in tia portal (right?) and so would it be the case of downloading tia portal v18?
amd for automation license manager, i can see that the most up to date version is 6.0.100 but this doesnt state compatibility with windows 11, only with windows 10
