hello everyone can i get abc4j API supported for android..by just including it in the class path.. i haven't tried it out yet but coz i think Java SE environment won't be supported as it has javaByte code not dalvik code help appreciated..

As nobody has answered you yet, I don't know the answer for definite, but I suspect not without re-coding to support the Android canvas.  But the javascript version ABC4JS works very nicely with the android.webkit.WebView if that's of any use to you.
