2015/2016 league rules

​This season we have made some tweaks to the league rules as well as have them defined for easier use. 

There are some changes we have had in the past, mostly having to do with penalties.

These will be posted to the website as well.

We hope by defining some of them and laying them down in stone, there will be less confusion going forward.
