Thank  you for each responding! It works! So going forward we can use the following address: abc-hospit...@googlegroups.com to contact the whole group all at once. This will be especially helpful if for instance we have last minute schedule conflicts and need to find substitutes. For planning in gereral this will be ideal, so that no one is accidentally left off the group emails.
