ABC Cafe Schedule

Hello Team!

I just shared with you the ABC Cafe Schedule. I apologize for the delay in getting this schedule out to you all. I tried my best to accommodate everyone’s schedules and to be even with the number of times people would have to serve over the next 2.5 months left in the year.

Please look over the schedule and make sure you are still available on your assigned dates. If for some reason something comes up, please look at the schedule and contact someone who might be able to switch days with you, and then email me to update the schedule.

Hello Everyone!

 

I just had a thought. Would it be easier if I scheduled one person to do both set up and tear down for each Sunday? That way each of us has less days to worry about? This would make things more condensed and probably easier to remember.

 

If everyone is alright with this, I will change the schedule accordingly.

I'm so sorry for the hassle but I just remembered that I won't be at church this Sunday. Emily knear volunteered to help me on 10/27 so I won't need to switch anymore.

Hi guys!

 

Sorry for the back and forth with the schedule. I changed it so that with the exception of this coming Sunday, each person only has two days max of doing set up and tear down from now until the end of the year. Please double check your calender again for any conflicts.

This Sunday Judy will set up and Megan will tear down, and then the following weeks one person will be responsible for both set up and tear down.

 

Just a reminder, set up usually take less than 10 minutes, so 10:30 am before church is the best time to do that. The donuts are being set out by the donut delivery person. Tear down also takes about 10 minutes and needs to be done by 1pm so that the Mobile Team can take the crate away. A good time to start tear down is 12:45 - 12:50.
