P.S. - Be on the lookout for a details for a meeting soon. Judy has graciously offered her new home for the meeting place (we just have to wait for it to be finished and for her to move in ;) ).  We will be discussing the vision/purpose of this team among other things.

I think I can set up on 7/28. As for the next two weeks 7/14 & 7/21 I can't get the juice as I will be on the DC immersion trip. I also will probably be gone this Sunday. Can someone set up this Sunday and someone else pick up the juice. We do not have any juice boxes as I did not want to store it in the hot truck for a week. There are enough of the big juice bottles for this week.

I can get juice this week, but will be out of town the 7/21 and possibly 7/28.  I have the Costco cash cards to use if someone can pick up the juice for 7/21 and 7/28.  Just make sure to keep the receipts as it will need to be turned in.  I will be here this Sunday (counting offering) so come find me after the service so I can give you the Costco cash card.

Hi,

I live right by a Costco, so I can pick up the juice.  Can you please just let me know what to buy and the quantity?  I guess I can set up also since I already have to be there to delivery the juice.  Please remind me when I need to be there.

Setup has been between 10 and 10:30am, before service. I will be there to set up this Sunday (14th) and the following Sunday (21st) so I'll just need coverage for the next Sunday (28th). We also try to keep everyone to doing one thing (either pick up juice and teardown or setup) as to not overload anyone and make their Sundays extra long.

I work this Sunday (& every other Sunday) but can do set up next Sunday (21st) if you'd like a break, Serena. I wont be able to do hospitality tear down bc I am signed up to help w church tear down that Sunday.

As a reminder, Steph will set up this Sunday. Pastries have still been coming around 11:30 so if anyone else wants to duck out around the beginning of the message to help Steph, please let her know. Ruda and I both picked up juice last week so no need to get anything this week (almost a full thing of juice boxes in that plastic bin on the right, 2 up from the bottom of the crate). Do I have someone who can tear down?
