Please Respond - 2014 ABC Cafe Schedule

Hi Guys!

 

The year is almost over, and I'll need to create a new schedule for ABC Cafe Set Up and Tear Down. Please send me your availability for January, February, and March by this Friday, Dec 20th.

 

Judy, can you also send me a list of any special luncheons or fundraisers in those three months?

Hi Steph,

The luncheons that are currently on schedule are the following:

Easter - Sunday, April 20, 2014

Thanksgiving - Sunday, November 23, 2014

Christmas - Sunday, December 20, 2014

There are short-term missions luncheons, but we do not need to worry about those since each of the short-term missions team are fully responsible for doing the lunch (including set-up and clean-up).
