Thanksgiving Luncheon

Hello Team!

As you know, next week is our annual Thanksgiving luncheon. Please let me know if you are available to help set up. The food will be delivered to the church at about 11:30am. I will be getting drinks and any other supplies we may need beforehand. I have yet to decide whether I'll get them the morning of, or during the week. Forecasted temps aren't too hot, but not too cold so I don't know if they'll be chilly like I want them to be in my car trunk for a few days. But anyways, coming into the cafeteria at around 11am will be great to get the tables and drinks set up before the food arrives.

Judy, do I just email Danny/Sam to make sure they load/unload our carts?

not a problem. i'll also get some extra recruits.

serena, yes, if you can just email sam and danny to remind them of the carts, that would be great. actually, maybe email peter morris, kenji and JP to let them know that we need both carts, so that graceland isn't using it that morning.
