What I enjoyed most though were the insightful discussions I had with the team - learning about the business and listening to employees and leaders share their work with me. Getting to know these people and the company gives me great energy.

My response - Learn what gives you energy, get to know your strengths and how you can grow and leverage those strengths. Be curious - learn, apply, do, share. Be open to try new things, stretch yourself and explore different roles. Find a mentor, maybe a couple of mentors, and pick their brain and soak in the wisdom.

My response - This was a tough one for me because I typically share my top 5-6. I gave her my top 3...Care and compassion for people, Curiosity-keep growing and learning, Courage to stand in your convictions and do what's right.

My response - I'm always exploring, reading, and learning then taking action and helping people grow. It's what I love to do. I make time to self-reflect, know what drives me, and how I can use my strengths to help other people. I found an opportunity to do all this and get paid for it. What a blessing!

The opportunity to share my experience and knowledge allows me to use my gifts, gives ME major energy and feeds my passion for pouring into people. I'm driven to lead from the heart. I felt honored and humbled to have a chance able to share what I've learned in my "seasoned" years of experience. This, my friends, brings me joy!

The next generation of the science of reading connects research about reading and learning to help educators implement effective literacy instruction. Unlock the power of literacy for your students with this easy-to-use guide.

The science of reading is the current body of evidence on how children learn to read. A structured literacy approach, based in the science of reading, is the best approach for nearly all children. The evidence we have is consistent and overwhelming: we know that explicit and systematic phonics instruction typically leads to better outcomes in learning to read.

If you are 40 or older and are experiencing problems reading or seeing clearly, it might be time for reading glasses. Figuring out what glasses look the best on your face, what style and color you want, and what fit you want is easy. But how do you know what strength reading glasses to get? This guide breaks it all down.

One of the easiest, most common methods for figuring out what strength reading glasses you need is the diopter reading test method. A diopter test is a chart with a row of words on it. Each row has a different size text on it, starting with smaller texts and lower strength needs and getting higher as you read down the paper.

Our students are more excited and engaged in science since we adopted TCI. Teachers appreciate that TCI incorporates the Next Generation Science Standards into their lessons and has options for science instruction, especially during distance learning.

My fourth-grade students are excited and engaged in the hands-on dynamic lessons that bring the history of each U.S. region alive! Former students remember the creative opportunities to act out important historical events and gain perspective beyond reading a book or watching a video allows.

TCI works great with ELD students. TCI curriculum is thematic which allows students from any walk of life and language level to make connections to past and present history as well as their own. Also, the straightforward but insightful way in which its written and the vocabulary support it provides, allows multi-level readers to connect the story.

Our K-8 science curriculum is designed for NGSS, integrating the three dimensions in student learning. Our K-12 social studies curriculum provides educators in all 50 states the resources to confidently teach history and social studies concepts centering on essential questions with customizable assessments.

Every classroom, every teacher, and every student is different. The curriculum adapts to the ever-changing needs of students and classrooms by supporting different teaching styles, types of learners, and educational environments.

TCI works closely with a multitude of education companies to ensure seamless integration across your district. From automatically provisioning and rostering accounts with Clever to adding Google Single Sign-On, our digital platform connects easily with the systems you already use.

JSON is an important mechanism for data exchange in modern programming. Its text-based format and object-like syntax make it very convenient and easy for use in many programming languages. For example, JavaScript and PHP have built-in functions for handling JSON data.

As mentioned in the above section, XML is another popular data interchange format you may already have heard of. But over time, JSON has come to displace XML because it is a way more powerful alternative.

Many programming languages provide functions for reading and generating JSON. For example, JavaScript has built-in functions for converting JSON strings into JavaScript objects (JSON.parse()) and for converting objects into JSON strings (JSON.stringify()).

Once you have the extension installed, you can load a JSON file directly from your VS Code editor. Open a JSON file you want to explore and then run the View in jsonhero.io command from the command palette:

In this view, you can explore the JSON document in a vertical direction by expanding or collapsing any of its field groups. You can also move up and down through individual fields by using the arrow keys in your keyboard.

JSON is a useful and flexible data format, but reading it comes with some challenges. With JSON Hero, you can explore and share your JSON files in a much more visual and contextual way. So, grab your JSON and enjoy reading it with JSON Hero.
