Interim Meeting Decision

We will not conduct an interim meeting on June 4 - 6, 2010 in Las
Vegas. We fell far short of securing a quorum for that event. Instead,
I will poll the committee for a suitable date later in June for a
conference call meeting to address critical issues and immediate
action items. In addition, we will discuss the feasibility of a
physical interim meeting for August or early September. Regardless, we
will have at least one additional conference call prior to the 2011
ABA Annual Meeting. Thank you for your understanding and participating
in our soon to be announced conference call.
