AIESEC Baroda Executive Body 2013 Update - Strength & Roles

Greetings

Hello all,

Firstly very sorry for a delay in the formal update, i hereby update all of you with the strength and roles that Executive Body of AIESEC in Baroda for the year 2013 have taken since September and will continue the same role till the term ends. 

Shravan Patel - LCP

Nilay Chamyal - OGX

Ruturaj Mistry - oGCDP and Finance

Romal Garg - iGIP 

Virvijay Makwana - iGIP

Nishant Pandya - iGCDP and Quality Manager

Anvesha Chaturvedi - Talent Management

Dinesh Maurya - Operations

The rest of the individuals on the executive body have been terminated from there position by July-August 2013, reasons being under performance or unwillingness to work any further for the organization due to personal reasons, thus the EB now consist only of 8 people, and the following Job roles as above mentioned have been taken up by September 2013 itself. 

The portfolios like Information Management, Marketing and PR, Expansions, Outgoing Global Internship Program, Business Development have been taken under synergy blocks between the current EB as per the need of the LC, but there is no actual executive head of the program, and the commission representation at the national level is also divided with in the current EB, keeping the national coach in the loop.

We as Executive Body realize the Importance of the portfolios which don't have Executive heads any more, and thus we have Team Leaders in place for the same portfolios, and they are directly directed by EB representative in the respective Commission. We have also made sure that future of this portfolios is secured and bright, and thus we have made plans for its pipeline and transition with the help of the National Coach, and we take responsibility of making sure that this portfolios will not be completely shut in our year and will aim for promising future of each of them.
