AIESEC Baroda | Birthday Initiative | 18 We Are :)

Greetings

Hello AIESEC in Baroda,

Hope everyone is in pink of there health, and enjoying there hot summer afternoons :) . I am writing to all of you in context to the most amazing Day of the year for entire AIESEC in Baroda, "THE BIRTH-DAY" :D. We have had amazing Birthday Blast and heard amazing Birthday Stories of past, and everyone awaits for another Celebration.

But we as The Executive body of 2013, The Mentalists, have decided to do it in a different way due to recent circumstances that happened in the LC and with the team, thus we as a team want to dedicate this Birthday to beloved Jaydeep, our very own Late Vice President Expansion, and for the same we have got in touch with his school (Rosary School) and his school friends, to plan out a small get together at the rosary church tomorrow at 5 pm Sharp, and we will have candle light by each one of us, as well as prayers, plus we are planing to make all the people write a letter on the safety needed on the check dam and the loss we suffered due to lack of active security there, to VMC and the collector ( it can be your personal thought as well) and followed by then we will compile it and send that to them as one big Impact full message from our organization.

After this we will have a cake cutting ceremony near the school church, with which we will end our day. I know it is a small ceremony but its intended in that way, and for the same i request all of of you to be on time which is 5:00 pm, as we will finish by 6:00-6:30 pm.

Just to let you guys know, At JNC we have Jaydeep' s Birthday coming up on 27th of June, and as we are hosting and the venue is golden pond [Home away from Home ;) :D], the venue has gifted us a huge cake as we turned 18 this year,  and we are planning to celebrate it in the AIESEC India plenary on 27th June with his memories.
