NEWS Regarding EB 2013-2014 - The Mentalists

Through
this email, I wanted to share an unfortunate news with you guys.
I write to you to inform you about the dismissal of one of the members
of the EB 2013-2014 team – The Mentalists.
Sebbi Chacko
is made to step down from his role on the EB of AIESEC Baroda.
This case is not isolated to the things that have happened recently or in just
Q3, but a cumulative effect of the things that have happened
in the last 6 months and are based on reasons of lack of trust,
transparency, unsustainable performance, Negative vibe as team player and over all
lack of contribution to the team as an EB Member. Such a decision is always difficult
to take, and as AIESEC Baroda EB we hope you treat this information
in the best manner possible to enable AIESEC Baroda to progress
forward.
Sebbi
has contributed immensely to AIESEC in terms of operations and I want to
appreciate his hard
work and dedication towards the organization, but there are bigger things then
just operational performances, and for his greater good in life and for his
leadership, we as a team had to take such a step and for the same we wish
him good luck for all his future endeavors.
I ask
all of you to treat this matter with utmost maturity and seriousness.
I also expect you to respect the reasons and circumstances
under which all of this happened and not allow any kind of
un-grounded communication happen in this regard. Speculations and rumors
need to be sidelined and your role in this is critical. We Expect you to support the decision in this regard and in case of any queries please feel

kind of communication or expression. I would ask you guys to avoid any
organizational talks with sebbi, and we don’t have any problems with your
personal relation as a friend but the Integrity of the Organization stands
first for us and we know you guys are mature enough to handle it with utmost
respect.
Implications:
Sebbi was
responsible for the following:
iGCDP –
Experience Delivery, Matching, Member-LnD.
Currently,
we will be reallocating the above responsibilities to Nishant and his Team
Leaders with an OS evolution, as well as re-planning of next 6 months of the
entire portfolio. And they have already taken up things maturely, and we wish Nishant
and his new team, all the very best to take forward the portfolio from Good to
Great. Let transformation be your next stop!

would like to re-iterate, I request each one of you to respect Sebbi's
privacy in this matter and deal with the situation through the facts
