Change in Position - Executive Body 2013 - From the LCP's Desk

Greetings

Hello all,

 

This mail is in regards to major change that has happened in Executive Body of 2013, The Mentalists. The Current VP BD, Romal Garg is been shifted to iGIP as VP iGIP, and by this we as the EB intent to make iGIP as the Ultimate Money generating Portfolio as well as to have sustainable growth in terms of number of experiences delivered with quality. And talking about BD and OGX also being Money generating, for the same we are putting BD as a cell/division in to every OC of every event and it will be handled by a seprate OCP for BD and the EBC of that particular event, and OGX as a portfolio is also showing Relative Growth in terms of number of experiences and finances, soon it will be a sustainable portfolio with absolute growth by the end of the year. But considering the current state of number of experiences delivered by the LC as well as the finances, we have taken such a decision. And as far as the accountability is concerned of the BD portfolio, it is the team which is accountable to it, as we all got ratified as one team.

And Romal is all set up and mentally prepared from past 15+ days, he is also half way through training and has already started the implementation with his co-VP VirVijay, I would also like to appreciate vijay for showing utmost co-operation and help in terms of understanding the portfolio and taking it up together with romal. The training part was taken care of by Nilay as he was x-VP iGIP and Dinesh as he is the operations head of the LC.

I would like to Congratulate Romal for the new position and also like to appreciate him for taking up the portfolio so sportingly, have an amazing time ahead with kick ass number of experiences and quality.
