Greetings,

I remember, when i was a Team Member, in a particular department, i always wanted to change and do some things, but then i realized, i needed that sort of authority to deliver what i had to and obviously realizing the heavy responsibility we take as an individual not to just be a Department Head, but also a part of the Executive and Governing body of the organisation. An organization is always meant for people to grow, where moving ahead on the ladder is a behavior about it, and in an organization like AIESEC, where your life cycle just takes 2 - 3 years for you to do what you can. 

An Executive Body is one of the most important and the craziest experience to go after in AIESEC. At this level, its about doing what you can, and what you want to. It never comes to, about how it was before and how it is now, it comes to NOW What? and how ready are you ready to face the challenge. Are you ready to be a part of the Executive Board of AIESEC Baroda 2014 - 2015. 

All i can assure you is that this time, its never going to be like before. Experience it to know it. Presenting to you the EXECUTIVE BOARD 2014 - 2015 APPLICATIONS - AIESEC Baroda.

I would like to let you know EB is not Something that is giving you fame only! But its an Opportunity to take your Decision Maturely that is Taking Team towards better end, I would recommend to each Applicant having Conversation with each EB member about there Experience and there Suggestions to You on the Same ! and How you find yourself in the middle of it ! You are not Only Responsible for your Dept but also for your Dept in the CITY ! your CITY is recognized for actions for your Responsibilities in your Portfolio! I wish Good Luck and Expect HIGH level of Maturity With every Applicant towards there this Step ! THINK and Do Take Step Towards this ! Also I would like to highlight that EB term is One of the Best Experience of mine in AIESEC ! SO will Be YOURS! Because it give your Authority to grow on your PLAYGROUND ! BE YOU BE ORGANIZATION ! If you respect Organization than Respect your Views and give a Space to put your VIEW forward ! 

I believe in Each one of you and See a Future of AIESEC in Baroda!
