This guy not only killed a complete stranger during a night bus trip, he then beheaded him and
ate his flesh.
And now they're about to let him out onto our streets.
Yeah, Vic Toews, your big, tough Bill C-10 is going to be such a comfort to us all in Canada.
You need to be gone - along with your lack of ability to keep the truly dangerous locked up for

Doctor asks bus beheading hearing to allow Vince Li escorted trips into community
WINNIPEG—Crown prosecutors do not oppose letting a man who beheaded a fellow passenger on a
Greyhound bus off of the grounds of a Manitoba mental hospital.
A psychiatrist treating Vince Li has asked a federal review board to let Li take escorted trips
into the city of Selkirk, Man.
Dr. Steve Kremer says Li has responded well to his treatment and understands he has
schizophrenia.
The Crown did not object to the request at Monday’s hearing.
The board has reserved its decision.
Li has been in a mental hospital since he was found not criminally responsible for stabbing and
decapitating Tim McLean on a Greyhound bus in July, 2008.
Li was initially kept in a locked ward, but began being allowed short walks on the hospital
grounds in 2010.
The victim’s mother, Carol DeDelley, has opposed granting more freedom to Li, saying he should
be kept behind locked doors for the rest of his life.
Li’s trial was told he was an untreated schizophrenic who heard voices telling him to kill
McLean, a young carnival worker who Li had never met before. Passengers said Li started
stabbing McLean in an unprovoked attack.
After the driver stopped the bus and the passengers exited, Li decapitated McLean and ate
pieces of his flesh.
The Crown had previously opposed some of the recommendations to give Li more freedom. Last
year, Crown attorney Susan Helenchilde said Li should only be allowed to walk the hospital
grounds during daylight hours and only when at least two staff members are with him.
The review board ruled that Li only needed to be escorted by one staff member, as long as that
worker has a cellphone or two-way radio.
Li, 44, emigrated from China in 2001 and worked menial jobs in Winnipeg. He moved to Edmonton
in 2006 and was on his way back to Winnipeg when he killed McLean.

Mental illness was always a BS excuse.
Lied about it too on his Canadian immigration papers and in technical
point, could have his citizenship revoked and deported. But that would
mean a lot of leftie whining and BS....
Amazing how he could brink up prior "mental" issues for trial but denied
it to get into Canada.
He is getting his pie and eating it too. Bet he already knows where to
start the social assistance too. Probably got his teeth nicely fixed up
and a few years of no work, just play the shrink game.
I figured he is playing the system pretty good.

Just more Immigration Canada gross negligence. Didn't even bother to
make basic checks.
Fact is, the real source of the issue is Canada is so desperate for
potential taxpayers, we let in a lot of criminals.
But that is Ottawa, serving inefficiency, ineffectiveness and waste of
taxpayers money.
