I wonder why Calgary and Edmonton gas prices are more than Toronto?

My guess is that there is money in Alberta and the bet is that no one is
going to complain if the prices are a few cents per litre higher.

Because we have a shortage of oil for refining?
Because we haven't expanded our refining capacity?
Because they can bloody well get away with it?
Because Toronto uses gas from imported crude and it is cheaper?
Because they are a larger market?
Because "they" are mad at Alberta for stickin' it to them with
increased royalty payments?
Because we are all bloody well rich as Ali Baba and the Forty Friggin'
Thieves and can afford it?
