AASU 2012 Summer Retreat Information and Registration!

Hey everyone,

Our annual summer retreat is coming up soon! For those of you who aren't familiar with the summer retreat, it's basically just a few days of community bonding and getting to know different organizations within our coalition. This year we will be going camping at Greenbrier National Park Campgrounds. There is a beach (lake) that's only about a 10 minute walk from our campsites. There are also public restrooms, water fountains and other various facilities provided by the campground. Best of all, it's free for attendees and we can cover all costs! We just ask that people bring tents if they have them. More specific details about the trip will be released closer to our retreat date. We will be leaving during the afternoon of August 17th, and we will be returning around noon on August 19th. (2 nights) Please fill out the registration form below if you are interested in attending. We have 24 total spots right now and I need to get an accurate headcount and a full roster (headcount so we know how much food to buy; roster to report for finances etc.), so it is important that you fill this form out if you are planning on attending!
