I previously only sent this out to the GA, but it makes more sense that I send this out to the entire general listserv because everybody is welcome to attend.

It's time to start thinking about our annual summer community retreat. For those of you who are not familiar with the summer retreat, it is typically a 3 day, 2 night trip. The retreat is used to bring together different organizations and is a bonding experience. There will be games, small workshops, food, etc!
We are planning to have the retreat at a beach, but we have a few options.
Our first option is to get a few hotel rooms nearby for all of us to stay in. However, although we will be covering some of the cost, there will still be a small fee (depending on how many people register to go).
Our other option is to try and find a beach campground and camp on the beach. There will not be a fee in this case, but we may need attendees to bring tents and other camping necessities.
I've created a short form that I would like the GA to fill out as representatives of your organizations. Keep in mind that this is in no way binding, and it is just to get a feel for what the coalition is interested in. Feel free to pass this form along to others within your organization who would also be interested in attending.
