I was wondering if someone might be able to fix it

or just give me a download link

I do not understand your question as I am not aware of a Wikihow for Aard2

May you please elaborate a little what you want to achieve?

The request is about  https://github.com/itkach/slob/wiki/Other-projects#wikihow presumably with content from https://www.wikihow.com/ .

ru-wikihow-com-20200724.lzma2.slob was hosted on a Google drive and the link no longer works, so the request is for the user who contributed to update the link.

Taking a closer look at wikihow.com though, their current terms of use do not allow redistribution of content.

I think it's worse than that. From https://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:Terms-of-Use (emphasis mine):

B. License Grants to Users
