Important: Vastra Samman Publi

Hope everyone's enjoying the post-endsem period... peace at last! :D

There's a small but very important task for everyone during the vacations. As you ppl know, next sem we'll be coordinating Vastra-Samman. Last year we reached about 70 colleges just through internet n personal contacts, n this year we plan to reach even more. So, for that everyone of us will have do a bit of networking/publi in n around our towns.

The Posters/Teasers will be posted soon on the group.

You'll have to get them printed and put them up in the prospective colleges in and around your city. (don't forget to keep the bills :P )

Also, just try to get in touch with any socially inclined student bodies in those colleges and brief them about the campaign, exchange contacts, etc.

Its Important that you ping the Heads or Advisors and get a decent background about the campaign because we want you to be fully prepared.

@D-Team (Subhabrata, Nitin, Aakriti, Sonali): 

Each one of you are supposed to make atleast one Teaser and one Main Poster for Vastra-Samman by this weekend (3rd Dec) because many Teasers n Notices would be required. I'm sure there won't be any problem in coming online and posting during the holidays just a couple of times.

Time is enough, I hope ho jana chahiye!

Last Year's Teasers n Posters will be posted in the same thread for reference, I'm confident that you'll do a lot better! :)

Today we'll be having a small discussion regarding Vastra Samman after the Stationary Distribution at Disha Seems, some fourth year's might also come to brief you about the campaign.

Here are last years' posters used in all colleges. Just see them to get a feel of the campaign. There are also a couple of them where you can see all the Major Colleges that participated.

Also attached is last year's Campaign Brochure, just take a look at once.

@D-Team: while making the posters, just keep in mind that Goonj doesn't want any sad expressions in the posters, its have to be appealing not pathetic. FYI, whatever we make will be approved by goonj first, so come up with a decent one.

@sonali: Good one!... just need to work on header n footer part, then it might look a bit more refined.

@other: where r your submissions??.. koi load hai to plz post karo yaar... next sem mein zarurat hai teasers ki so plz gear up!
