El Al stops it's connections with KKL

Something that Tzurit sent (she is not on the google group). Regarding the discussions we had about JNF:

After a petition by Recognition Forum – El-Al announced discontinue of cooperation with JNF-KKL

בחודש ינואר שיגרה מזכירות פורום הכרה מכתב אל מנכ"ל אל-על, מר אליעזר שקדי, במחאה על שיתוף הפעולה שיצרה אל-על עם קק"ל, תוך הבטחה לשתילת עץ למען כל נוסע שירכוש כרטיס טיסה ללונדון (לחצו כאן לקריאת המכתב המלא). בימים האחרונים התקבל מכתב התגובה מאל-על, בו הודיע סמנכ"ל המכירות של אל-על, מר עופר גת, כי אל-על הודיעה לקק"ל על הפסקת שיתוף הפעולה עימם ( לחצו כאן לקריאת מכתב התשובה המלא).

 

في شهر يناير ابرق منتدى اعتراف برساله لمدير عام  شركة ال-عال السيد اليعيزر شكدي، يحتج فيها على الشراكه التي قامت بها الشركه مع الكيرن كييمت، حيث أُتِّفق على ان تقوم الكيرن كييمت بزراعة شتله مقابل كل مسافر يشتري بطاقه الى لندن (اضغط هنا لقراءة الرساله كامله) . وقد استلم المنتدى قبل ايام رد من الشركه موقع باسم نائب المدير العام السيد عوفر جت يبلغهم فيه انه تقرر وقف الشراكه مع الكيرن كييمت (لقراءة رسالة الرد كامله اضغط هنا). 

Last January, Secretariat of Recognition Forum sent a letter to Mr. Eliezer Shkedi, El-Al director, protesting the cooperation of El-Al, the Israeli air-line company, with the JNF-KKL, promising every passenger who buys a ticket to London to have a tree planted for him by the JNF-KKL (Click here to read the letter- in Hebrew). During the last couple of days we got an answer from El-Al, Mr. Offer Gat, vice president sales, wrote that El-Al decided to stop the cooperation with the JNF-KKL starting May 1^st (Click here to read the letter – in Hebrew).
