Thanks for all your efforts. Would like to update u that we the NC members are having a one day unofficial meet at Delhi on 27th. Around 100 people have been touched upon and 70 have agreed.
This meeting is a fallout of the trailing mail.

सबसे पहले तो राष्ट्रिय कार्यकारिणी के सदस्यों से निवेदन -
24 नवम्बर 2012 को हम सभी साथियों ने मिलकर आप 23 लोगो के राष्ट्रिय कार्यकारिणी में चयन को स्वीकृति दी थी. उसी बैठक में अरविन्द जी ने यह भी कहा था की कुछ ही महीनो में हम राष्ट्रिय कार्यकारिणी का चुनाव कर उसे पुनर्गठित करवाएंगे, जो अब तक हो नहीं पाया.
इसके बावजूद हम सभी आपसे इतनी उम्मीद तो रख सकते है की आप हमें सुने. पार्टी बनाये 3 वर्ष होने जा रहे है और आज तक आपने कभी भी राष्ट्रिय परिषद् के सदस्यों को अपने विचार रखने का मौका ही नहीं दिया.
मेरा आपसे नम्र निवेदन है की राष्ट्रिय परिषद् की बैठक कम से कम 3 दिनों की रखे. आपके प्रयासों को सलाम किन्तु राष्ट्रिय परिषद् के सदस्य वो साथी है है जिन्होंने इस आन्दोलन में अपना जीवन लगा दिया. दिल्ली के बाहर देश बहोत बड़ा है. ये वो साथी है जो अपने घरो को फूंक कर आन्दोलन की इस लौ को देश भर में जगाये रख रहे है. इनकी भी समस्याए है, इनके भी सुझाव है. इन संस्थापक सदस्यों का इतना अधिकार तो बनता है की पार्टी बनने के 3 साल बाद इन्हें अपनी बात रखने का मौका मिले.
राष्ट्रिय परिषद् के सभी सदस्यों से निवेदन -
इस तरह के मेल में राष्ट्रिय कार्यकारिणी को पहले भी कई बार लिख चूका हु लेकिन उम्मीद कम है की इस मेल का कोई उत्तर आये. इसलिए आप सभी से निवेदन है की अधिकृत बैठक न सही हम सभी अनौपचारिक रूप से 27 मार्च को दिल्ली में मिले. हम सब मिलकर अपने विचारो का आदान प्रदान करे, समस्याओ पर चर्चा करे और जिन मुद्दों पर सभी में सहमति बन सके उन मुद्दों को राष्ट्रिय परिषद् की अधिकारिक बैठक में 28 मार्च को रखे.
राष्ट्रिय परिषद् आम आदमी पार्टी के संविधान अनुसार सबसे शक्तिशाली मंच है. इसका उपयोग केवल औपचारिकताये पूरी करने के बजाय कुछ सार्थक चर्चो के लिए होना चाहिए. यदि आप सहमत है और एक दिवस का अतिरिक्त समय अनौपचारिक बैठक के लिए निकाल सकते है तो कृपया जवाब अवश्य दे.

So, in the process we learnt several things. One important thing was
that quite a few NC members have not received the 28 march NC meeting
invitation. While few email IDs in the EC list of NC members were
outdated, there are other IDs that are current and haven't received
the invitation. On their request, I am sending out a copy of the
"official email" that was sent out.
I request the national secretary to take note and initiate corrective
measures. As per AAP constitution, members are to be notified of NC
meeting atleast 21 days in advance.
I urge all NC members to attend the meeting on 28 March.
