Aanval v7 is now available!

Tactical FLEX, Inc. is excited to announce the official release of
Aanval v7! In the ~9 years since Aanval's initial release, Aanval has
addressed the world's growing network security demands and has evolved
into the industry's leading Snort & Syslog SIEM ("Security Information
& Event Management") console, out-performing all other SIEM
competitors. The release of Aanval v7 is another important milestone
for Tactical FLEX, Inc. in our ongoing quest to continually invest in
product innovations, software enhancements and information security
technology. Our goal with Aanval v7 is to deliver a market-leading
SIEM solution that provides an unmatched level of Internet and local
network-security situational awareness.

Version 7 of Aanval is a giant step forward in our product development
timeline, but at the same time a throw-back to the good ol' days. For
those that follow Aanval more closely, it isn't a surprise that Aanval
v7 is 100% Adobe Flash free. Yes, you read that correctly. This
iteration of Aanval was one of the most significant and difficult re-
writes that Aanval has ever gone through. Aanval was completely re-
written in standard HTML and JavaScript to work in every browser and
across every mobile platform, void of the frustrations and limited
foresight of Adobe's Flash Player plugin.

Not only did we completely re-write the interface and backend
components of Aanval, we focused a great amount of time on performance
and stability. We've engineered an event processing system that is as
much as 10x faster than previous implementations of Aanval. On average
hardware, Aanval v7 processes as many as 1,500 events per second and
scales beautifully with hardware to process as many as 5,000 events
per second. Our background processing systems are more simple, more
powerful and more capable than ever before.
