The tablet is registered to Mr. Girish Gopalkrishnan, CEO, Wiksate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., for the purpose of developing a social learning app for Aakash tablet. IMEI911303700550342

The app testing process could not be started for a new release version of the app as the device Wi-Fi HARDWARE does not switch on. The network connectivity is a vital part of the app testing. The Wi-Fi 'On' button switches to 'On' and then back to 'OFF', and displays a message 'Turning Wi-Fi on...' for unlimited duration.
We have tried everything including 'Hard reset'.

Please revert back ASAP with possible solutions, any help is appreciateD.
