Staff members to write weekly report on MHRD wiki (http://10.129.50.5/mhrdwiki)

Dear All,

  Kind Attention: Kiran Rajput : Please coordinate.

 With instructions from Prof. Phatak, I am forwarding the mail 
which was sent to all the staff members, by Abhilash a year ago. It has 
been decided that all staff members working under Prof. Phatak, to     write a weekly report on MHRD wiki.

The link to for the same is mentioned in the subject line.

As of now, the members on MHRD wiki is not updated, as during the past 
one year, some people have joined, resigned, or have been transferred to a different team.

All managers are requested to do the following:-

1) Send the current details of all team members (Employee Code, Employee 
Name, Email Address, and Designation) to dbps...@cse.iitb.ac.in, so 
that the system can be updated as soon as possible. Please use .csv 
format. The filename should be <TeamName>_TeamDetails.csv.
E.g. FundamentalResearchGroup_TeamDetails.csv

2) Ask all your team members (currently who are in your team) to login 
and identify who is unable to login. The list of the team members who 
are unable to login should also be sent to dbps...@cse.iitb.ac.in. 
Please use .csv format (Employee Code, Employee Name, Email Address, and 
Designation). The filename should be <TeamName>_LoginProblems.csv
E.g. FundamentalResearchGroup_LoginProblems.csv

Also note that the subject line should be : [MHRD-Wiki:] <Team Name>. 
E.g. [MHRD-Wiki:] Fundamental Research Group

While sending this mail, please mark a copy to 'd...@it.iitb.ac.in', and 
'dbps...@it.iitb.ac.in'.
