Dear Board of Directors and Staff, 

THANK YOU so much for spending your Saturday thinking about the future of the Alice Austen House and outlining goals for the next three years. It was a productive day and a wonderful experience at the Judd Foundation. 

I appreciate all of your passion and commitment. We had good and open discussions of our opportunities and challenges. 

I want to extend a special thanks to Susan Mathisen for doing a fabulous job facilitating the meeting. 

We will organize the goals and present them at the next board meeting.
