Board Retreat January 10

Dear Board of Directors, including new board members Jack Turner, Varun Sanyal and Alex Van Clief !

I am writing to follow up about scheduling a Board Retreat for Saturday, January 10, 11am - 4pm. The consultant who will help us facilitate is available that day. 

We would like to confirm January 10 for the retreat.  Please hold 11am - 4pm on your calendars. (We may not use the full time but please allot)

Please let me know immediately if you have a conflict. This is the only real date that will work next month so if it is at all possible for you to attend that day, we would greatly appreciate you accommodating this time. 

I am working on a venue and will keep you posted. 

It's going to be a great day. We will focus on goals and action plans, and I believe we will leave with a concrete sense of what we need to accomplish in the next three years.
