Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and new year's celebrations. 

Get ready to start the year with a strategic planning session! We're looking forward to coming together and making plans for the future of the Austen House. 

Alice Austen House Retreat

Saturday, January 10, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Location: Judd Foundation, 101 Spring Street @ Mercer Street in Manhattan

Lunch will be provided. 

Our colleagues at the Judd Foundation - a fellow Historic Artist's Home & Studio building - have agreed to host our retreat. This will be an opportunity to see a completely different artist home/studio and the day will conclude with a tour (optional).  

Please RSVP with your attendance. 

We will provide further details on the day next week. I want to make sure it's on all of your calendars!

Dear Janice,

When the date was decided upon I knew that I could not come but had to double-check.  I couldn’t figure out why until I did some January calendaring and found that we have an event at the church early that afternoon.  I’m disappointed to miss but will look forward to working with the results and moving forward.
