2026 Strategic Planning Update
Over the past few months, the Board of Directors has been meeting to update the Association’s strategic plan.
So far, the Board has established five new strategic goals and defined success for each. The Board wants to share these items with the community.

Seasonal Flower Refresh
The summer flower refresh is here!
Tomorrow, April 10, Pro Qual will be removing the annual flowers from the planter at the Trailhead Clubhouse. Residents are invited to bring a container to the Trailhead entrance at 7 a.m. to take some of the flowers being removed.
Please wait for the Pro Qual crew to remove the flowers, as there is wiring for irrigation and electricity close to these planters. Additionally, please do not pick flowers directly from the entrances.
It’s a great opportunity to bring a little color home!

Why Does My Account Ledger Show No Balance if I Received an HOA Bill?
Some homeowners have noticed that the upcoming quarterly assessment shown on the statement does not appear on their account if they check the portal before the due date. This is normal.
The assessment will not show on your account until it becomes due (Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Jul. 1, Oct. 1). HOA billing statements are sent ahead of the due date as a courtesy reminder, so you have time to plan or pay in advance.
When you pay next quarter's dues before the first of the month, your account will show a credit balance until the assessment is posted.
