By May 9, 2026 - Share your interest to serve on AAG's New York City Local Arrangements Committee:
The upcoming AAG Annual Meeting will be held Feb 8-12, 2027, in New York City (and virtually). If you are knowledgeable with New York City and its region, and you plan to attend the AAG Annual Meeting, please consider volunteering to serve on our Local Arrangements Committee this year. The Local Arrangements Committee typically communicates through email and with 1 or 2 virtual meetings, activities will happen between June and early-November of this year, and responsibilities include:
- Assisting with outreach to non-academic organizations
- Organizing regional field visits and workshops
Share your interest on or before May 9, 2026, by doing the following:

Our hope is to attract a diverse group representing sub-fields across the discipline and knowledgeable about the area in which we are hosting the conference!
