Melinda Gevaart, MSN, RN, NE-BC is a Vice President Nursing Excellence, Project Management with Healthlinx. She has 35 years of healthcare experience including the specialty areas of cardiovascular services, education, project management, nursing quality, and leadership. Melinda most recently served as the Magnet Program Director and System Manager for Nursing Quality. She has extensive experience with shared governance and authoring annual nursing reports. Melinda is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Executive. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Organization of Nurse Executives, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
Michelle Trautman, MSN, RN is a Vice President Nursing Excellence, Project Management with Healthlinx. Michelle has 24 years of professional nursing experience including direct care, education, leadership and professional development. She has been involved in the Magnet Designation process for over 10 years and has training as a Magnet appraiser. She has been responsible for multiple Magnet designations including leading a successful initial designation and co-authoring several successful redesignations for both individual hospitals and a system. Michelle is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Arizona Nurses Association, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is a certificate holder in the Fundamentals of Magnet through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
In addition to reports and services, Linx also manages semiconductor industry conferences as part of Linx Conferences, a new division established in 2018 to manage the conference end of the business. Linx became involved in the conference business in 2015 with management of the Surface Preparation and Cleaning Conference (SPCC). In 2019, Linx started the Electronic Specialty Gases & Systems Conference (ESGS) designed to discuss key technical and business issues around gases and vapor phase materials and the systems that process gases in the fab. In 2023Linx expanded the ESG conference to target electronic specialty gas systems which resulted in our new Electronic Specialty Gas and Systems Conference (ESGS) format. The ESGS is designed for executives, buyers, product managers, and strategic planners from the electronic gases value chain including end-users, producers, and equipment and system suppliers. The conference features knowledgeable experts in the industry, who understand the key developments and challenges unique to this market.
