Getting 810_n error in Protobuf

Dear Team,

Could you please help on resolving the 810 issue in Protobuf PID Block (IIR) generation.

<encoded biometric> where I am sending IIR biometric data. 

what I made a mistake in the PID block generation. 

Note: 810 is as per UIDAI error code Missing biometric data as specified in “Uses”.
