Tom, yes the art consultants  for a project charge from 15% to 30% it according to the whole budget and our work. If we say 20% of total budget as the consultant fee beside the whole budget is fine. Or if they have a fixed budget we could take the commission include the budget. And dont forget the Fapiao things: whether they need Fapiao and the artist cannot provide so we could consider include that.
