Notes: after discussed with agriculture exhibition, the hours we are free to
use every day is from 9:00 to 18:00, from 1st to 3rd the open hours is from
10:00, but if we want, we can come at 9am.

We have to let their project manager know before 3pm every day if we need
overtime more than above schedule.

We will have the final confirmation about time and cost today from the
venue, then the contract will be signed we can move to next step.
