Based on our past events, I've drafted a template folder structure for Events. This way it is easy for us to organize and share files.  Please feel free to suggest changes to the structure. 

• You can view the template folder structure in Events/_YearMonth_Location_EventName
• I've incorporated this structure into the 201304_Beijing_Surge folder
