Hey guys! Thanks again for volunteering to be delegates, yay!
So here's the groupings and the lead delegates and what group you are assigned to.
I won't be at the meeting Wednesday to explain this but basically I want lead delegates and eboard volunteers to start contacting their group organizations this week:
- Talk to your lead delegate about how you two want to do things
- Email the organization eboards introducing yourselves (please CC me in these emails)
- Find and join their Facebook group if they have one
- Friend Eboard them on Facebook, if you feel comfortable doing so
- Lead Delegates can add on anything they would want to do as well
Basically, this system will be used when we need to get information to orgs and it can be done in a more accountable and systematic manner. When we do need to get information out, the next thing will probably bee the general body meeting in October, the lead delegates will work with you to contact your assigned orgs.
This is still new and rough, so we can make changes and I'm open to suggestions for how this can be run better!
