Today is a nice sunny day and it's supposed to rain over the next few days, so I thought this would be a good day to spray.

I sprayed the work area around the Radio Shack, the parking area, around the antenna storage area, around the towers and the areas that the towers crank over, basically all over the radio site. I mixed up 4 gallons of Permethrin and got all these areas covered, then I started down "Paul's Parkway" and I got all the way to the 90 degree turn where it goes downhill and ran out of mix.

Before the June contest I will spray again and I will begin at the bottom of Pauls Parkway and go all the way up to the Radio Shack and the grounds there. So, this should help reduce the tick population.

The 6 meter antenna is in good shape, so we don't need to do anything at my QTH.
